I designed the UI and interactive elements for a survey tool that was part of a collaboration between Bridg-it School and MakingRightChoices.com as a way for educational organizations to ask for feedback when planning for initiatives based around risk assessment and public safety.
The main objective was to create a smooth, easy-to-use mobile-centric experience that also had a desktop option, and that gave clear visual cues on the selections that have been made.
